Three 400 m³ Plants for Enhanced Production Independence

KVK Corporation implemented three 400 m³ plants for Vardhaman, providing a dedicated in-house gas generation solution aligned with the client's industrial requirements. The project addressed key operational challenges arising from fluctuating gas prices, changing market demand, and dependence on externally purchased gas. With dedicated generation capacity available at the facility, the client could better manage its gas consumption and production planning.

The in-house setup provided greater control over supply while helping reduce the overall cost of production compared with continuous dependence on purchased gas. It also supported improved operational planning by reducing exposure to external supply uncertainties and price variations.
